Having recently married we're looking to move out of London to get a house with a garden!
What have you most enjoyed about this there?
The location and area. Ritherdon Road across the street is bustling with coffee shops, restaurants and has a really nice community feel. The close proximity of Balham and Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway means there's access to overland train, tube and really good bus network. With regards to the flat itself, we've spent many weekends and evenings sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and being on the top floor means it's really quiet with no one above you and no one walking past your door.
